I Didn’t Diet After Breast Reduction — Still Lost Weight

We’re often told that after surgery, we need to “get back on track” — eat less, move more, and work hard to maintain the results. But what if the opposite is true?

In this episode, I share how continuing to nourish my body through a healing-focused, fat-rich carnivore approach led to weight loss — not gain — after breast reduction. And not because I was trying to lose weight. I never felt hungry. I just felt strong, stable, and safe in my body for the first time in a long time.

Whether you’re preparing for surgery or in recovery, I hope this story gives you a new lens of grace, trust, and nourishment.

Hi, I'm Shelley Beyer.

I’ve been through breast reduction surgery myself, and I’m here to support other women on that same path—before surgery, after surgery, and in the everyday healing that comes after.

I believe in reducing inflammation through a carnivore way of eating, preparing the body with intention, and creating space for the emotional, physical, and spiritual recovery this journey invites.

If you're navigating your own transformation, I’m so glad you're here.
