Breast Reduction Recovery Week 2 Update + Lessons

Week 2 of breast reduction recovery isn’t always what you expect. There’s progress, yes — but sometimes there are also new discomforts, shifting emotions, and little decisions that can change everything.

In this episode, I share what shifted for me during this phase: a rash from surgical tape, rib pain caused by internal sutures, a small mindset reset, and the peace that came from listening to my body instead of forcing a plan.

If you’re in this stage or preparing for it, I hope this helps you feel more equipped — and a little more seen.

Hi, I'm Shelley Beyer.

I’ve been through breast reduction surgery myself, and I’m here to support other women on that same path—before surgery, after surgery, and in the everyday healing that comes after.

I believe in reducing inflammation through a carnivore way of eating, preparing the body with intention, and creating space for the emotional, physical, and spiritual recovery this journey invites.

If you're navigating your own transformation, I’m so glad you're here.
