Breast Reduction Journey: My Sacred No’s

Updated: Aug 1

There’s a moment after breast reduction — or any major decision for your body — when you realize: you’re not going back.

Not to bras that dig, not to food that inflames, and not to ways of living that require you to shrink yourself. In this episode, I share what I’ve left behind since surgery and the deep internal shift that has come with reclaiming how I eat, feel, and show up in my body.

It’s not always easy to stand by your choices, especially when they make others uncomfortable. But you’ve crossed a threshold, and now you know what it feels like to choose yourself.

This Spark is an anchor — a short, potent reminder that you don’t owe anyone an explanation for the ways you’re healing.

Hi, I'm Shelley Beyer.

I’ve been through breast reduction surgery myself, and I’m here to support other women on that same path—before surgery, after surgery, and in the everyday healing that comes after.

I believe in reducing inflammation through a carnivore way of eating, preparing the body with intention, and creating space for the emotional, physical, and spiritual recovery this journey invites.

If you're navigating your own transformation, I’m so glad you're here.
