How I Got Ready for Breast Reduction Surgery (5 Steps)

Updated: Aug 1

Preparing for breast reduction surgery is about more than showing up on surgery day. It’s about giving your body what it needs to heal well — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

In this video, I’m sharing how I prepared my body with nutrition and supplements, how I created a healing space at home, and how I learned to soften toward my body and allow support.

If you’re in the season of preparing for surgery, I hope this encourages you — and reminds you that healing can begin long before the operation.

Hi, I'm Shelley Beyer.

I’ve been through breast reduction surgery myself, and I’m here to support other women on that same path—before surgery, after surgery, and in the everyday healing that comes after.

I believe in reducing inflammation through a carnivore way of eating, preparing the body with intention, and creating space for the emotional, physical, and spiritual recovery this journey invites.

If you're navigating your own transformation, I’m so glad you're here.
