Breast Reduction Recovery: I Couldn’t Do It Alone

Breast reduction recovery revealed something I didn’t expect: how hard it would be to receive.

Even with incredible people around me, I found myself wrestling with guilt, pride, and old beliefs that told me I should be able to handle it all on my own.

But healing — real, full healing — asked something else. It asked me to let go. To trust. To accept care without apology.

This episode is an invitation to do the same. You don’t have to do this by yourself. And you were never meant to.

🎧 Listen now and remember: receiving can be its own kind of strength.

Hi, I'm Shelley Beyer.

I’ve been through breast reduction surgery myself, and I’m here to support other women on that same path—before surgery, after surgery, and in the everyday healing that comes after.

I believe in reducing inflammation through a carnivore way of eating, preparing the body with intention, and creating space for the emotional, physical, and spiritual recovery this journey invites.

If you're navigating your own transformation, I’m so glad you're here.
